The Ridge at Bandera is one of the cleanest and friendliest apartments I have had the opportunity to be a part of. The apartments are clean and updated. They have granite tops that are beautiful and well kept. The apartment is spacious with beautiful flooring. and amazingly clean. Need repairs? The maintenance team has been fast and reliable thanks to the amazing manager, Ms. Carmen! Ms. Carmen makes you feel at home the minute you walk through the door. Looking for an apartment? Go see Ms. Carmen and the apartments. You'll be pleasantly surprised and won't regret being a resident.

Management has worked with me and answered my questions and concerns I have had. No major issues with maintenance. They have fixed any problems in my apartment pretty quick and got them going. I just renewed my lease and Carmen was very helpful in the process and answered multiple questions I had. Thank You!

I recently went in to the office without appointment, just to stop by and check out the apartments. Considering I’m apartment searching, I’ve spoke to 12 different apartment complexes. And this particular property stood out to me and I felt like I could create a home here. Due to the fact of the awesome apartment agent Priscilla, she was super positive and so honest and helpful. I told her all my needs and expectations and she completely exceeded my standards. I hope her leadership sees this and gives her more then just a pat on the back. Gonna move in the last week of October loved the office manager she was nice polite met my expectations very respectful and friendly and caring love how they let u have your fur babies with no dog breed restrictions just what I wanted and love how the apartment looks as well if anyone especially anyone who has fur babies and want a place with no dog breed restrictions this is the place love the balcony to it big enough good bigger walk in closets I saw nothing wrong with the apartment when I looked inside everything was clean highly recommend this place especially if you have for babies great dog park as well for them ☺️

My boyfriend and I moved into this apartment complex about 5 months ago, and it has been nothing but a smooth and great experience! The property manager was on site, very welcoming and helpful, making our move in so easy! The location makes it easy to travel to work and their dog park is so spacious! I have only lived here 4 months ago but I love it! We only moved here solely to help save for a house of our own and we wound up LOVING it here! I really like my layout and the location as we are so close to everything! Amber and Ana have be a tremendous help in any issue we have had, which have been very little other than the occasional light bulb or air filter replacement. I have recommended this community to all of my friends and received rave reviews about our home! I'm beyond pleased!

This is not a luxurious apartment complex but is very good maintain for the people who work here they are always there when you need them in any problem that you have with the apartment or appliances very good and kind people. Ana and Amber are very polite and kind ladies always with the time to listen to you in any concern that you have with the complex or neighbors.I am really thankful with both of them. Apartment complexes are a dime a dozen, but finding a complex with professional and attentive staff is rare. The administrative staff at the Ridge at Bandera have been the most attentive and helpful I've encountered in San Antonio, having lived in at least five complexes in the city. The complex is quiet and well-placed, and my unit is just what I was hoping for. The staff have been extremely helpful throughout the process of finalizing getting into the unit and went out of their way to ensure that small details - like the location of the detached garage I received - are well thought out. I definitely recommend visiting with them to see what's on offer.

I have no idea where the incredibly inaccurate reviews are coming from, so I thought I would be part of the satisfied crowd that actually submits a review to someone. These apartments are top notch for the price you pay. Other apartments in this price class are trashy, loud, and cheaply constructed. However, these apartments are always well kept, always. My requests are always answered the day I submit them. The most time I have ever had to wait was one day, and I believe that was because there were a lot of inspections going on. That's another thing. The office is always sporting inspections of all the safety equipment in your home. I always feel safe. Great community. Great people. Efficient responses. Amazing place to live.
